Shipping policy
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all order within 5 business days. Since its a small business, there may be delays in busier seasons and holidays due to higher volumes of orders.
We ship via Australia Post. These are their standard delivery times:
Victoria: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Once the package has been sent you will receive a tracking number which will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Lost or misplaced packages are beyond our control and you will need to contact Australia post directly for any updates to your package.
PRE-ORDERS
If you have purchased a pre-ordered item such as at an event where stock wasn't readily available, you will be advised of the estimated shipping times at the time of purchase. These times are not subject to our standard dispatch times.
SHIPPING DURING WARMER SEASONS
While we strive to have your orders dispatched to you as soon as possible, sometimes there are shipping delays which are beyond our control. Please be aware that there is a risk of your products melting slightly during transit in the warmer months. We do not offer refunds for melted products as this is out out of our control. If your candle has melted, let the candle rest and do not use until the wax has fully cooled.
